George C. Searight II, Founding Pastor

Pastor George is the founding pastor of Lifetime Community Church, a non-denominational church in Orlando, Florida. George was part of the Executive Board at Abundant Life Family Worship Church (ALFWC) in New Brunswick, NJ where his parents, Bishop George C. Searight Sr. and Pastor Mary Searight have pastored for 25 years. While in ministry there, he was avidly involved in all aspects of aiding his parents in strengthening the local church, in addition to acquiring very valuable wisdom and a heart to see the people of God mature and progress. Pastor George has pastored hundreds of young adults on the campus of Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ through a campus ministry called A.Life. George has an Associates Degree in Biblical Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Pillar College.

In 2011, George interned at Hillsong Church NYC where he gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in ministry. In 2013, George felt the call of God to go to Florida to plant an Orlando church campus. In obedience to God and with the blessing of his ALFWC family, George was formally sent out to plant an Orlando, Florida church location. In 2014, George and his wife officially launched Lifetime Community Church together with four other faithful members. Today, God continues to increase that number and the people's lives continue to be changed and transformed through the teaching and demonstration of God's Word.

In his many years of service, George has devoted time to gaining more knowledge about effectively growing the body of Christ, organizing the functions of the church and inspiring men and women, young and old to pursue life change through the grace, mercy and power of Jesus Christ. George is passionate about communicating the Word of God in such a way that is relevant and applicable to our daily life.

George is happily married to his beautiful wife Nefray for 13 years, and have two sons; George III and Joshua Blaze and two daughters; Ava Joy and Gianna Grace.
